Investment Options

To qualify for citizenship, the main applicant must be over 18 years of age, and must satisfy the application requirements through one of the following investment options:

        

OPTION A

  • The National Transformation Fund (NTF)

  • The National Transformation Fund is the Government Fund assigned for financing projects that will benefit Grenada’s National economy and help with its diversification.

  • Applicants choosing this route are required to make a one time contribution of a minimum of USD150,000.00 (See Cost and Fees for full details as to the level of contribution based on family size)

 

OPTION B

  • Approved Real Estate Project with a minimum investment of USD350,000.00 (See Cost and Fees) into an approved project the path to citizenship is created.  The vast majority of approved projects currently consists of real estate developments on the island of Grenada, to include luxury hotels, resorts and villas.

  • Applicants who choose to invest in an approved project must make the investment through an Authorized Local Agent and must maintain the real estate investment for at least three years from the date on which the citizenship is granted.

         

Note that under Option A and Option B, the contribution or investment must be accompanied by an application, due diligence processing and in the case of approved projects only government fees.
